Time for my vacation! Taking time off from work from June 7 till 20. I havent been home in 6 years! I miss it bigtime “The land of Cedars”!

Well I will post some of the pictures after I come back ;) so stay tuned!

Boy do I miss the lebanese food? Umm how about my Mom’s 4 layer chocolate cake!

Good thing I lost 18 lbs! :)

It didn’t work out. Maybe some other time!

Double’s Champion

First tourney and what a start!

I played the first match against my rival Ryan and beat him 6-1, 6-4 however I pullled my halmstring. I was playing the rest of the tourney with pain, stretching did help a bit though. I ended up losing in the semi-finals to a very good player who ended up winning the whole thing. In the double’s championship Mike and I won the whole thing. It was awesome out 82 degrees. Just beautiful!

First Tourney at SVSU

Posted by Mo | Personal | Thursday 25 May 2006 9:36 am

Wish me luck people!

First tourney this summer at the courts of SVSU and I’m looking forward to it! Let’s do a quick comparison between Mo of summer 05 and Mo of summer 06.

  • At this point Mo is 6 pounds lighter then last summer, more weight is to be shed off as well.
  • Mo has beaten the Number one player in Alpena.
  • Mo has made his backhand his weapon instead of his weakness.
  • Mo has biked Hubbard Lake over 10 times already and it’s not even summer yet, I.E legs in better shape then last summer.

Well, some more work needs to be done but we’ll see how we’ll do on the first tourney.

Summer = Good Times!

My tennis tourneys in SVSU are about to Kick Off on Memorial weekend. My other tourneys started 2 weeks ago in Traverse City.
We ,The Alpena tennis team, have to play the same teams again this week and if we beat 2 teams were off to the state Championship! I’m really excited to be playing in a team environment.

Still on my diet so far I lost 14 to 15 lbs and let me tell ya eating healthy is awesome! Getting closer to my goal but still a little ways a head.It gets tougher day after day to lose weight. However when you are in the routine it’s not that bad. I call it programming your eating habits. I follow my diet very strictly on weekdays and slack a little bit on weekends. After all its howmuch you work out that matters!

Pistons again?

Posted by Mo | General | Friday 5 May 2006 9:55 pm

I think the Pistons this year has a better chance to win it then last year; two reasons: One- their bench is better second they are playing a more flowing offense! I honestly think Miami has no chance with the pistons. It’s going to be NETS VS Pistons Eastern finals, then Spurs VS Pistons!

Go Pistons!

My rating: 5 out of 5

“Two for the money” is one of those movies that you don’t hear alot about but once you see it you know howmuch it was underrated!

I would highly recommend watching this movie, whether you’re a gambler or not, a broker or not. It’s good one and keeps you wondering and asking yourself questions!
