Do you believe in eating smaller meals throughout the day, or just eating 3 major meals?

The science behind it is to get the metabolism kicking and working at all times. Also, according to men’s health magazine, our stomach has a memory and when we starve ourselves and wait longer between meals, then your body would store more fat instead of releasing it.

I personally think if you starve yourself; you end up eating more. The trick is to break up your meals so you don’t over eat.

Ego is a big deal for most guys; it plays a big role when there is a guy to guy competition or challenge. How do we learn to control our ego? We control our ego through having knowledge and being smart. Lets take lifting weights for example!

Everyone wants to lift more then the guy standing next to him, well based on what I have seen in the gym; most people lift heavy but they don’t do it in the right form. They don’t let the muscle fully contract and fully expand while doing their work out exercise. As a result they don’t get the benefit of lifting. There is a guy that I always see lifting weights almost every time I go to the gym, he lifts heavy and heavier than I can lift. I started asking myself.. howcome this old guy that barely have any muscles, is able to lift heavier then I can? It turns out he lifts wrong, doesn’t even contract his muscles half the way. No wonder he doesn’t look muscular or fit.

The key in lifting weights is doing it the right way, and slowly improving the more your do it. It doesn’t matter if the guy next to you is lifting heavier, it’s all about doing it the right way.

How do you work on getting mentally tough? Is this something that you can work on or is that something that you are or are not?

I believe mental toughness is more of a good habit that we got to train ourselves on it. Take this for an example; you wake up on a Sunday morning and drink your hot coffee, read a newspaper or whatever. You can start your day by thinking about something positive and productive to do or you can be negative and start procrastinating, also you can think about things that upset you or you can think about things that makes you happy. It’s all controlled by your brain what you want to think, in other words you can control all these factors by your mental toughness. Some people might argue and say this is more about attitude, I think it’s more mental then attitude, because your¬†attitude¬†is also controlled by how mentally strong you are.

We see mental toughness a lot in sports, where a tennis player is down 3 match points yet he still manages to keep his mind into the game can control his nerves to overcome that deficit and still come back and win.

Free your mind and focus on the present moment!

If everyone forgave one another would people still have issues with one another? Is there boundaries for forgiveness or should we forgive no matter what? Being able to forgive¬† one another is a great power a human has; the reason I say its a great power is because not a lot of people are able to use forgiveness and forgive other people. It takes huge heart and open mind to forgive someone else’s mistakes and whatever that might be.

I always wonder does forgivig one another make you weak? Because you went and apologized and took the first step? I used to think that but I realized the one that forgives first is the one that has great power over the other person that didn’t initiate the first step.

Forgive one another and live happy!

The other day I was paying my bill at a clothe store and I noticed on the credit card machine a link to find us on twitter or Facebook. I see that very interesting on how quickly twitter became a strong communication tool between people and next generation kids. I think personally utilities like twitter and all going to take over the world of communication and advertising very quickly. I think vendors will be builting twitter into their products. For example how Ipods integrates with cars now. I believe you will see the same thing with most vendors down the road. Why not a way to twitter right from your fridge? A touchpad that brings a keyboard and you can twitter right from there?

endless possibilities I say! What do you think?
