Awesome plug-in to backup your database. It emails them to your email account daily and no hassel. I created a new Gmail account just for that backup so all my sites get backed up daily and are sent to that email account. Pretty sweeet.

One of the classes I’m taking this semester require us to play around with photoshop. So here’s a little project that we had to do. It’s an image study. You have some bad pictures that needs to be redone and fixed. So there’s a before image and after image. This is the link for the site. Enjoy and appreciate the power of Photoshop. I consider myself to be not a photoshop deep end user. Photoshop is a very unique tool that is extremely powerful and resourceful.

I found a nice site that compares both OS on a pc and a mac. It’s over here . Me persnoally I like both OS. I like OS X for digital use and video stuff. And XP for the rest of my needs

I’m going to do a quick comparison between both Ipods.

I used to own ipod 3G, it worked great. I take it with me on the road using the Itrip, which btw works magnificently. I love the interface of the Ipod 3G. Touch technology. However the bad thing about that is if your driving and trying to switch between songs or albums, the touch buttons start to get annoying and disturbing. You have to press hard and sometimes they wont respond. That’s where Ipod 4G is superior, with its wheel and built-in buttons on it. All you have to do is push the buttons located on the wheel without even looking at it.

You have a digital camera?

Well you need the right software to manipulate the images and tweak them. I know Photoshop is the shit; how about something a litte faster. Check out this software Picasa by Google. Oh and it’s FREE.

Hey people if you haven’t heard of Firefox internet browser yet. Well you’ve been definitely missing out. It was recently developed from Mozilla It was called Firebird in the previous version and they came out with a new version 0.8 and got a new name: Firefox . It’s very good for webdeveloping and internet surfing as well. It’s got very handy features, like Editing CSS and alot more extensions you can add.

Wordpress ver 1.0 came out like 2 weeks ago and I wanted to convert from ver 0.72 to 1.0. finally did it. They added a lot of features and extras to this version. The admin interface is much nicer then the old one. Anyhow, I changed the weblog page to the homepage for easier access. Added a script for ” Recent Comments” and some more tweaks are coming soon. Stay tuned.

If your looking to get rid of all the annoying sticky notes on your desk. Here’s the best program that I found and I use it alot oh and it’s FREEWARE. It’s called Atnotes and you can get it from here Enjoy.
Here is a little tutorial to tell ya how to set it up.

• Run the setup
• Go to the taskbar and right click on the atnotes icon.
• Go to settings
• Go to Keyboard tab
• Setup a shortcut to a new note for example Win+n
• Use the shortcut anywhere; you can paste and type your notes on the desktop
