Well as you can tell I’m a huge fan of the buffalo chicken “spicy”. Also chips and the Mexican salsa are too. On any given Sunday, I would suggest the boneless buffalo chicken if you’ve never tried it. * I was bored, and so I tried to make a smoothie. I kept adding ingredients until it was better. Later, my uncle tried this smoothie that I made. He said that it was not too sweet & not too bitter. He drank the whole entire blender that was half-full of this smoothie. The fruit cocktail juice needed for this recipe can be found at International Foods and Spices on Bay Rd. Enjoy! *

You need:

1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1/2 cup fruit cocktail
1 banana
1 scoop of lemonade powder
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup water
some honey

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend 5-15 seconds and serve. It should be served immediately. Can be stored for 1-2 days.
