A week ago I decided it’s time to hit the gym again and start the buliding grounds process for my body during winter. So its quite simple pump iron and run and do cardio everyday. Eat healthy and enjoy the feeling that I accomplish after working out.
I don’t know if you’ve heard that your post-workout is when you burn the most calories. In some case 400 Cals are all burned after your workout. That tells you how your body is all rejuvenated and rebuilding.
