A week ago I decided it’s time to hit the gym again and start the buliding grounds process for my body during winter. So its quite simple pump iron and run and do cardio everyday. Eat healthy and enjoy the feeling that I accomplish after working out.

I don’t know if you’ve heard that your post-workout is when you burn the most calories. In some case 400 Cals are all burned after your workout. That tells you how your body is all rejuvenated and rebuilding.

Yes it is. Can you tell how much I’m not excited! No tennis outdoors ouch!

I haven’t been feeling like blogging lately for some reason, work and being busy all the time. I’m planning to get back to it soon though as soon I feel like it’s time. I hope everyone is doing fine. That’s if I still have readers out there :)
