New Theory

Smart people don’t always win! As long as there are Stupid people out there!

Ok so this is my new theory. No matter how many smart people are out there, and how many experienced in life and what not, as long as there are people that are dumb. There will always be this catching up game.

Meaning, we have to dumb ourselves to reach other people’s level of thinking. In other words. We will always be slowing down and trying to operate at different levels instead of our actual capable stage of thinking.

Quick scenario here,

I called up K-Mart and asked if I could get a rain check over Xbox 360, knowing that it’s kinda hard and probably impossible to do so since its so on demand. The lady goes; yea you can get a rain check on Xbox 360. I was like, are you sure? Cuz I don’t wanna drive all the way for nothing! She’s like I’m sure. I was like can you check and see how many rain checks you already got on the xbox she looked and was like ZERO. I was like so if I get a rain check I will get one as soon as they are unloaded from the truck. She said yes.

As you can tell I made sure to cover the entire scenario so I don’t waste my time going there. Yet after I got there, she couldn’t find any blank rain checks so she went to her manager to ask where they at, and he was like they are not applicable for Xbox 360!

Even though I made sure not to run into that problem I still did! Being smart didn’t help me there!

WTF is wrong with you people!

One Response to “New Theory”

One of the hardest things about being a teacher is balancing the speed of your class. There is always a percentage of kids that lag behind and some that excel… you have to stay with the ones in the middle and leave the ones that are in the slow part behind. Some people cannot deal with this concept and cannot become teachers.

Smart does not always win, but neither does dumb :)
