GO AGASSI!!

He was down 2 sets and came back to beat James Blake 3 sets in a row. It just shows how the game of tennis is all about adjustments and sticking to the course! Andre Agassi is in the semi-finals!” “

Labor Day Tournament 05

Labor Day Tennis Tourney kicked off this weekend, not the way I expected it to. I got pulled over on my way to the tourney because I was going 67/45. I was a little late to the tourney and the adrenalin was pumping so I didn’t notice how fast I was going. That’s just ridiculous 3 tickets in 2 months. I’m gonna have to start riding my bike everywhere. The good part is that the cop wished me good luck on my match and gave me 10 over.

This is the way to start your day! I ended up wining third place and winning runner up in doubles. However, I was hitting the ball so hard just to get that frustration out of my system and as a result I think I got a tennis elbow now. I might have to take a week off to see how it feels.

I drove home using the cruise control all the way back. I think cops like the color of my car or something!

Patience

Define Patience for me?

Here’s my def:

Patience can be learned and can be applied on various situations. For instance I learned patience from the game of tennis. I don’t consider myself to be an extremely patient person but I am patient to a certain degree.

I think for people to achieve good things in life, they have to be patient and they have to excercise their patience on their daily things they face and do. I’m learning to admire patience more day after day!
