Graduation
Graduation just got more expensive!
I went to the bookstore today to pick up my gown for graduation. I got there and the guy was like what’s your last name, gave it to him and then he goes “ There’s extra charge for the gown for people doing “Masters” I was like WHAT? He’s like, well its 25.99 to get the extra hood that designate you as a Master’s graduate. Not only they rip you off while paying for classes but also they want you to pay for that stupid gown. I already paid 30 $ for my application fee. Call me stingy but shit. I told him no thank you I’ll pass. I’m not sure if I’m going to walk this graduation, unless if my parents came I guess I can always buy it later if I decided. Just tell me congratulations, don’t ask me for more money to graduate ☺
My bachelors gown was free, I guess BS is cheaper then MA after all.

Quit your whining…with your Master’s you’ll be making the big bucks and can pay for all these small $30 fees without a problem!

I JUST went to the bookstore the other day too and noticed that the Masters degree cap and gown were 50% more expensive than the BA gown. Ugh. Ah, but I won’t have to worry about that for another two or so years. So– what you getting your masters in??

This is really crazy! I always get annoyed when hearing things like that!!!! all over the world they try to squeeze students out instead of helping them in every possible way!
