Well I decided inorder for me to find the difference in my workout I need something to tell me how am I doing? So hopefully this heart rate monitor will do the job. I read a lot about how cardio monitors help improve your workout. I need to improve my running work out. Just like I mentioned in my 2005 resolutions.

WOW! I like it, must get myself one. You know, I need to gain more weight, but I made a mistake which is not exercising, so now I lost my ability to run without looking like a tired smoking extremely old woman
