I thought that this movie was great. It is inspired from a true story. Basically it’s about a football coach who helps out a retarded kid and in some sense the Kid helps him out as well in veiwing a different perspective of life.. Ed Harris(Coach) is spectacular in this movie as well as Cuba Goodings Jr(Radio). This movie will put a smile on your face without you noticing it. It shows that there are some good people out there that are willing to help you out and want nothing in return. I would recommend watching it. I give it an A

Hey people if you haven’t heard of Firefox internet browser yet. Well you’ve been definitely missing out. It was recently developed from Mozilla It was called Firebird in the previous version and they came out with a new version 0.8 and got a new name: Firefox . It’s very good for webdeveloping and internet surfing as well. It’s got very handy features, like Editing CSS and alot more extensions you can add.

Wow pretty amazing what you can do with snow! other than scrapping it of your car, and throwing it on your friends or cleaning the driveway. Creativity is unbelievable. I was trying to see how can I get a better work out in less time. Specially because of the fact that Cardiovascular takes about half of the time in the gym. So after doing a little research online. I found out something on Askmen called “sneak it in”. What you do is you sneak in the time for cardio during lifting. For instance what we did today, larry and I, started on the stepper for 12 min High intensity, then did some shrugs. After that we sneaked in more cardio by doing the ellipse machine also high intensity. and so on… The whole point is get ur cardio workout between your lifting and instead of going 20 min low intensity do half the time with much more intensity
