In between workouts

I was trying to see how can I get a better work out in less time. Specially because of the fact that Cardiovascular takes about half of the time in the gym. So after doing a little research online. I found out something on Askmen called “sneak it in”. What you do is you sneak in the time for cardio during lifting. For instance what we did today, larry and I, started on the stepper for 12 min High intensity, then did some shrugs. After that we sneaked in more cardio by doing the ellipse machine also high intensity. and so on… The whole point is get ur cardio workout between your lifting and instead of going 20 min low intensity do half the time with much more intensity :wink:
