Question of the day?

Question of the day?

Can you always say what you think when you are asked a question no matter what the situation is? In other words being brutally honest and say whatever is on your mind?
For instance if a girl asks you do I look fat in this outfit? And you think that she actually does.. would you say Yes or would you not? stuff like that that I wonder about!!
I think it’s very hard to do that but I’ve been trying that lately. Seems to be working fine. Just say what I think and don’t give a rats ass about what others may “think”, By that I don’t mean being mean and a jerk but more honest and realistic to things. It’s a very interesting way of approaching things in life. I think inorder to get things done in life, you gotta stop playing around and just face the facts and say them!
I think by not saying what you think and being honest, we are actually fooling the people who ask and ourselves!

There are MANY situations where you cannot say what you think though. For instance, the other day at work, a woman called because she needed to reset her password. I needed to verify her ID # before I could do anything and she did not have the number. I explained this to her and that I was acting under federal privacy of information acts. She kept pestering me about it until she finally decided I wasn’t going to change her password without the number. What I really wanted to say to this bitch was, “I’m not going to risk losing my job over a password. If you wouldn’t have waited until the last few minute on the last day of registration for classes, we wouldn’t be having this conversation!” Now, if I would have said that, I’d have been in a heap of trouble. That’s just one situation where you have to keep your mind to yourself.

I guess it depends on the situation in general. But saying your mind requires lots of balls and guts,Like I usually say the biggest risk is not taking one at all! I bet you someday in your life your gonna come to a point where if you had the same situation your going to just say it flat out. When this day comes, you’ll know what I mean by speaking your mind freely
