A couple of things I learned ..
People change and SOME Don’t. People don’t have to change inorder for us to get along with them. We have to learn how to Deal with each Character on the face of this planet. It sounds Impossibe but in my point of View it is Doable. Depending how smart you are, you can learn and achieve a smart way of dealing with different Characters.
First step is always called observation. You observe the “X” character see how she or he reacts to a certain situation, on a certain time in a certain place. Once this step is done, we move to the second step which is understanding the character itself. I refer to this as a chess game, u gotta make ur right move at the right time or else u checkmated. in other words.. to Relate to this matter.. here’s an example… Don’t Take shit FROM NOBODY.. b\c once u do.. other ppl are gonna join the club and dish more shit to ya.. so the trick is Not to dish it out in ma point of view.. rather Prevent it from even takin place in the first place. Like they say ” Don’t talk unless u can improve on silence”.. if u dont get urself ahead of the game ur still IN it.. I learned to take problems as opportunities in ma life.. this helped me out ALOT. Never be negative however always look into the positvie aspect of the problem no matter what, u will always find opportunity sitting there waiting for ya . Surrounding urself with positive ppl is always the way to go.. to acheive ur goals as well as your dreams. One last thing Nobody can make u feel inferior without ur consent “It aint always Pretty BUT IT GETS PRETTIER ”

Destiny is it decided by us? Or already we are fated to have a certain destiny no matter what?
I don’t believe there is a definite answer for this question. I think we have a certain control over our destiny.
For instance the actions we do and take, they form our characters as well as our destiny and way of life.
It’s more like the Action and Reaction Law. Some people say our lives were flashed before our eyes when we were born;
makes you wonder if we are actually predestined!

Say what’s up
I had a conversation today with a friend of mine, Christina, about how do you or how can you define somebody’s personality without having to have a long conversation with them. Obviously this someone we are talking about is not your friend and basically a person that you don’t know him/her that good. So I started by saying that I usually can define somebody from their eyes. I can tell whether he or she is a liar, honest, nice or even smart. For instance if a person X has a blank stare going on all the time, then I would assume that X aint smart. When you talk with someone and you notice they are avoiding eye contact, that tells me that they are lying. Remember were not trying to judge people or anything like that. It’s more of a first impression on a person kinda thing. So my friend Christina was like, no you can’t tell from the eyes.
