6 meals per day
Do you believe in eating smaller meals throughout the day, or just eating 3 major meals?
The science behind it is to get the metabolism kicking and working at all times. Also, according to men’s health magazine, our stomach has a memory and when we starve ourselves and wait longer between meals, then your body would store more fat instead of releasing it.
I personally think if you starve yourself; you end up eating more. The trick is to break up your meals so you don’t over eat.

I concur, Mo! Eating small, more frequent meals really can make a world of difference. Certainly, we can fail in this quest, especially with the pace of life today, but I strive to do the same. If we eat more frequently, the body seems to function at a more optimal level, thereby maintain weight and body fat control!
