Guess who is in the lead?

Mr Mo 7.4 pounds lost in the first week! How? to make the story short “Dedication”

1- Cereal and Milk for breakfast.
2- Slim fast for lunch

3- Salad for dinner.. chicken, shrimp, tuna..

4- snacks through out the day only “Fruits”

5- Workin out 4 days a week. Strictly cardio
