I know exactly what you mean… and then once in a while its the tongue, that is even worse. I have noticed that it happens when trying to eat something that might be too hot.

Also happens when your mind is distracted.

Sometimes I do, and then sometimes I don’t. It usually happens when I’m chewing gum.
