		<description>One of the hardest things about being a teacher is balancing the speed of your class.  There is always a percentage of kids that lag behind and some that excel... you have to stay with the ones in the middle and leave the ones that are in the slow part behind.  Some people cannot deal with this concept and cannot become teachers.

Smart does not always win, but neither does dumb :)</description>
