Working Out
When it gets cold out and you can’t play tennis or run or hoop what do you do?
You get in the gym and start pumping iron. I’m starting my routine this week, I went in the gym a couple of weeks ago and realized how much I’m out of lifting shape so all my muscles were super sore and beat up. I took a week off and now is the time to start gradually getting back in shape. It just feels good to lift weights!
One more tourney left in a couple of weeks! So far I’m in the third place overall. I definitley gonna use this for my advantage to work on my game and shape for next year!

Yo, way to go on the tourny. As far as pumping iron goes, let me know when you get in shape enough to be able to keep up biking… I’m still waiting to do that 24 miles. Nice lookin site, I haven’t been on here in a while. Lookin good.
