Tow the damn thing
Grrrrrrrreat.. I was driving my car today after I got it fixed last friday. All of a sudden the car turns off.. While I was driving.. it was pretty scary but thank God I was going slow.
So I called some company to come and tow it to Midas. Took it over there and the mechanic looked at it and said needs 1300$ to fix the damn thing, one of the cylinders is got a crack and the head gasket for it is super expensive. I was like NO.. the whole car is not worth that much.. So I’m moving up north this weekend and I got no car… Isn’t that sweet ! I need to find me a car soooon.

A while back I was thinking about selling my car, but now that wouldn’t work out for me. Besides, I’ve been wondering if my car is going to just die like that. I don’t want to sell a piece of junk to a friend. It’s sad, they just don’t make cars like they used to… especially GM.

Hmm…I’ve driven GM vehicles for the past 7 years and haven’t had any major problems.

It was just my opinion… Maybe it’s bad luck, but I think the quality in general seems to have gone down since the early 90’s or so, while the price to fix even minor things now is expensive! (Mo might be able to attest to that!) I’m no expert, but it seems like the newest cars are starting to have better quality because companies like GM are realizing that this is what people are expecting… at least that’s what I hope.
Sorry for ranting… this is one of the things that make me tick

That sucks man, what is your bugdet for a car right now? I had my own car problems earlier last year and I know how you feel right now. It sucks.
