I decided to start a new work out plan. It’s time for some hardcore toning.

The workout goes like this; two hours of work out 4 days a week. Wednesday is a break. One hour is for cardio; means put in some ellipse, treadmill, and bicycle time and of course stepper. The second hour goes for lifting.

With a good work out comes good nutrition otherwise it would be in vain. So the plan is to limit the pop for 3 times a week. For a start as most of you know I love MtDew.
Try to eat healthy, meaning small meals and lots of salad. Will see how that will go!
