I want my money back! Even though I would have to agree with your assertion that the movie is different because I admit I kept on waiting for the movie to get good, but that just never happened. It was not only predictable (not 100% but I think you know what I mean) but it had no suspense what so ever. I am still kind of upset by some of the duh! moments... who gave the village idiot a knife? How do people think the outside world will react to a blind person just wondering down the road with a note?... sure Walker being the last name of Ivy and also the name of the company that keeps the "reservation" could be the reason that they thought it was safe but still. This movie makes a cult kind of life seem normal, really creepy... maybe I just looked at it from the wrong point of view. I am just upset that it was sold more as a horror movie than a psychological movie. The only think that saves this movie is the acting, which I thought was excellent. Maybe after a couple of days I will feel better, right now I am still somewhat disappointed and feel misled by the preview. I wish I did not see this movie… I want my money back!
