Listen
We spend so much time investing in our talks and thinking about the things we are going to say so hard; that when it gets time for us to listen to other people talk we think its a “rest break” for the mind. In otherwords; it’s called passive listening. The only way we can learn from others is if we put the same amount of energy for listening as for talking .
I read this in a book today and thought that I need to work on that myself. I tend to have selective attention sometimes. Seeking perfection to achieve excellence is what I shoot for!

Nice post Mo. I agree with you, people should learn to pay effort listening, just like they do talking. When it comes to me,I always listen really good and focus on what the other part is saying, but few are the ones who do the same in return
