According to my friend Katy, who is majoring in Exercise Science, here’s what you should do to stay in shape and fit.

1- 15-20 min of cardio 3 days a week.
2- Lift Weights 3 days a week
3- Healthy diet, follow the food pyramid.
4- Felxibilty is a key to maintaining proper fitness (Stretching muscles when they are warm, warm-ups) Stretching them when they are cold is like stretching a taffy that was in the freezer. “IT SNAPS”
5- If you Don’t use it, you Lose it. So get off the couch and use the stairs instead of the elevator. “Lazy ass” :mrgreen:
